The School Council Secretary

In our school we have a lot of lessons like ICT, Science, Literacy, Numeracy, RE, P.E and the list continues! All of the lessons are really fun!

The teachers are great at helping you with things you don’t understand and they are also great at sorting out other problems! They also run quite a lot of clubs during lunchtime or after school. We have clubs such as boys football, girls football, cricket, ICT, netball, running club, gardening club and there are a few more!

At playtimes and lunchtimes we have a friendship bench, if you have no one to play with you sit on it and someone will come to play with you! At playtime and lunchtime we have a trim trail one for KS1 and one for KS2.

We have lots of events that go on inside and outside of school like... Comic Relief,

Children in Need, Anti Bullying week, the Easter egg hunts, Walk to School week and many more!

We collect Tesco vouchers which have helped us, and will help us in the future to buy new computers for all the classroom’s and for the ICT suites! We also collect Sainsbury vouchers which help us get our P.E equipment! We don’t just have P.E & ICT equipment, we also have brilliant maths, Literacy, Science and so on!

Hampton Hargate Primary School has a school council. Two children from each year meet regularly to discuss school issues. We ask our class for ideas they have to improve the school and we also think of our own idea’s to improve the school!

I think our school is a fantastic place to learn!
